Ceiba State Forest is an approximately 350-acre mangrove reserve on Puerto Rico's east coast, situated on the grounds of the former Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in the municipality of Ceiba. The forest contains all four mangrove types found in Puerto Rico —red, black, white, and buttonwood— along with coastal zones featuring beaches and coral reefs. It is habitat for numerous coastal bird species and the endangered West Indian manatee.
