Luis Muñoz Marín Park

Luis Muñoz Marín Park is an urban recreational park in San Juan dedicated to leisure and family recreation. It features an artificial lake with paddleboats, green spaces for walking and picnicking, children's playgrounds, and gazebos available for events. The Piedras River crosses the park from southeast to northwest, splitting it into two sections. Originally operated by the Puerto Rico Company of National Parks, it is now managed by the Municipality of San Juan. It is named after Luis Muñoz Marín (1898–1980), Puerto Rico's first democratically elected governor.
