Toa Baja
The Punta Salinas National Forest is a reserve managed by the Puerto Rico National Parks Company, located on the northern coast of Toa Baja, on the point that separates San Juan Bay from the Atlantic Ocean. The area protects a coastal ecosystem that includes mangroves, beaches, and wetlands that serve as habitat for seabirds and protected species native to Puerto Rico’s northern shoreline.
