Cueva Ventana is the only natural cave in Puerto Rico with a 700-foot-high opening overlooking the Valley of Rio Grande de Arecibo. The 45-minute guided tour winds through stalagmite and stalactite formations, provides education on local flora, fauna, and Taíno cultural history, and ends at a panoramic clifftop viewpoint over the valley. Tours are led by professional guides trained as biologists and environmental interpreters. Advance reservations are required. Children under 3 years of age are not permitted.
