Description

Charca El Hippie is a series of pools, rapids, and a waterfall on the Río Blanco, on the south side of El Yunque National Forest in Naguabo. Access is short but crosses private property, where a parking fee is typically charged. It's a popular swimming and cliff-jumping spot, so it can get crowded on weekends. Rocks are slippery and the current can rise quickly after rain; avoid the area if it has rained recently or rain is in the forecast.
